KA-600*900 semi-automatic high-pressure bubble remover is the finished equipment integrated with circular arc-shaped heating pipe and manual opening of door and is mainly designed for LCD module production line to remove bubbles in LCD board detected during polarizer calibration upon the completion of process between polarizer & LCD glass and ITO film & glass. . This equipment removes bubbles generated during the bonding of polarizer by taking advantage of pressure and temperature. The procedure would enhance the bonding force between various materials and is also useful for liquid crystal cell vacuum bubble removal and other processes.


Operation sequence control for the equipment is performed through PLC while the operation conditions like temperature, air pressure and operating time etc. are controlled via intelligent programs. . Compact, space-saving, reliable and unique interlock safety protection device with multiple protections assure efficient inflation and deflation and safe opening/closing of door; the complete set of equipment features rational structure, high degree of automation, reliable and safe operation, simplified operation and high productivity etc.


Working chamber of the equipment is fabricated from SUS304 rust-proof material. . Chamber space could be customized according to user’s requirements.


This equipment is manufactured according to GB 150-1998 as a national standard of the People’s Republic of China and is examined & inspected according to JB 4730-1774 standard of former National Machinery Commission, while being under the jurisdiction of Pressure Vessel Safety Technology Supervision Regulation.

II. Automatic Operation Procedure


I. Turn on the power (check if the voltage is normal: 360-400V).

II. Set the upper limit of temperature: 60℃ (default value).

III. Set the upper limit of pressure at control panel (man-machine interface): 5.0kg/f (default value).

IV. Set dwell time - 0~60 minutes (10 minutes by default).

V. Set door opening delay - 0~10s (5s by default).

VI. Put materials to be processed into chamber..

VII. Select automatic operation (go into operation) on man-machine interface, press start button to activate the equipment.

VIII. Upon the completion of procedure, self-locking structure returns to its original position (mechanically/electrically), and the door is manually opened for reclaiming. At this point, the current operation is finished..
