Stripping machine KA-BL60 as a member of our machine family is a dedicated machine designed for treatment of polarizer defect and the stripping of defective polarizer during the manufacturing and maintenance of FPD.
KA-BL60’s maximum visible dimension of stripping area is 60" and is compatible with smaller sizes. . Thanks to the special dual-roll design, only one side is under force, and this ensures that the internal liquid crystal cell would not be pulled due to excessive tension and would not bring about fatal damage. This equipment is also equipped with auxiliary heating system and CVT system that can better assure the integrity of product.
Performance characteristics:
● Free sliding of panel; no need for external force induced fixation during stripping; effective protection for the cell against rupture and deformation.
● No stripping reaction force is generated on glass of corresponding surface; cell spacing would not change.
● The roller drives the cell to slide for stripping purpose. This ensures the cell would not be scratched or break down during stripping process..
● Automatic removal of waste materials contributes to simplified operation
