KA-JT2500 precision laminating machine is designed for back-end production of flat panel display to attach various optical diaphragms to LCD glass/electronic functional glass substrate, and is applicable to pressure sensitive combination of diaphragm and parallel geometric panels fabricated from various materials. . The unique vacuum design assures adsorption force, while advanced polymer-composite breathable material replaces artificial matrix vacuum absorption holes, which gets rid of scratch that occurs due to the movement of flexible material on platform surface. . Matrix-free design enables absorbed material to be subject to uniform force distribution that contributes to high flatness. . Movement mechanism employs a unique lamination method with glass at upper side and film at lower side. . Experiment demonstrates that, when compared with traditional lamination method, such method provides more effective protection for fundamental characteristics of thin and light optical material. . New polymer materials assure uniform force distribution on diaphragm and bring about no static electricity. . KA-JT2500’s visible dimension of maximum processing area is 25" and is compatible with smaller sizes. Diaphragm movement platform is available for manual regulation in X, Y and Θ directions and exhibits a lamination accuracy of ±0.1mm.
