PLC for whole-process operation of in-situ lamination controls servo motor through pulses from specific pulse outlet to enable mobile platform to make accurate movement in X direction according to designated position designated position; PLC is used to control rotating motor to turn POL work table over by 110 degrees, while the shift-forward rubber roller on rubber roller stand moves downward to complete the lamination process. In the meantime, adsorption mechanism performs absorption and vacuum breaking operations.

Polarizer laminating machine as one of the major equipment for LCD industry is designed for attachment of polarizer to LCD glass substrate (cell), attachment of ITO diaphragm or polarizer to LCD glass and the attachment between protective diaphragm and rupture diaphragm during back-end production of LCD, and is applicable for attachment and combination between various types of LC polarizer and fine glass optical diaphragm.
