Purpose and Characteristics of Product

Vacuum laminating machine is designed for seamless lamination between rigid panels in opto-electronics industry. . The bonding between LCD glass substrate (cell) and rigid functional components is suitable for the lamination with optical clear adhesive (OCA) between glass substrate (5"~12.1") and glass substrate. . Laminating procedure is carried out under the condition of relative vacuum and is mainly designed for combination between capacitive touch screen, COG glass and ITO glass; this reduces residual bubbles during lamination while assuring optical material characteristics; vertical compression of flat panel helps avoid ripple and halo that may occur during lamination of energy consuming equipment.


This equipment features high degree of automation, strong vacuum suction force and reliable operation and could be freely customized depending on product size; lamination in vacuum help avoid the occurrence of bubbles and would not impair light penetration factor of component.

Technical data:


The major operating principle of KA-ZT12 is that: PLC is used as the control center for entire system to realize whole-process operation of lamination. PLC is controlled through the pulse from specific pulse output; the equipment of which the laminating operation is controlled via PLC is mainly composed of upper and lower substrates and vacuum box body; the mutual non-interference operation of two working platforms and the simultaneous operation of two working platforms through cross operation time difference contributes to the considerable improvement of manually operated lamination efficiency, the significant reduction of time consumption of finished product and the improvement of efficiency.
