Thus, this model is applicable for rigid/flexible lamination between glass substrate and a variety of functional films and the rigid/flexible lamination between films. . Besides, it’s also possible to realize rigid-to-rigid lamination between glass substrate with OCA (optical clear adhesive) and glass panel.
KA-DT30’s (with CCD) visible dimension of maximum processing area is 30" and is compatible with smaller sizes. . This equipment gives priority to CCD visual registration system while incorporating self-service side positioning for registration with an accuracy of ±0.05mm; its automatic four-shaft regulation system contributes to high-speed accurate registration and thus assuring lamination yield rate of product. .
