Developed based on laminating technologies of optical modules such as Touch panel, Touch and Lens, this equipment has radically eliminated bubbles that may be generated during lamination; anti-gravity vacuum unit helps prevent such functional defects as stretching, dents and Newton’s rings that may occur in lamination process of film. . Thus, this model is applicable for rigid/flexible lamination between glass substrate and a variety of functional films and the rigid/flexible lamination between films. . Besides, it’s also possible to realize rigid-to-rigid lamination between glass substrate with OCA (optical clear adhesive) and glass panel.
KA-DT30’s visible dimension of maximum processing area is 30" and is compatible with smaller sizes. . Thanks to self-service side positioning, the equipment accuracy reaches ±0.1mm. It’s possible to change locating point based on the condition of product and extremely simple to change model number; thus, this equipment is particularly ideal for small-batch diversified production. . CCD image acquisition system (optional) and four-direction regulating system (optional) help realize high-speed accurate registration; to assure product quality, please operate this equipment in clean room of grade 1000 or higher. . Customers can also select our dedicated grade-100 self-purification unit designed as a supporting solution that is provided with static eraser.
